Greetings to all of you.....How many times does it happen to all of us that we desperately need help in order to solve issues at home, related to health, cleaning, recycling old stuff and what have you...and end up frustrated because we know that we saw something about it somewhere, but don't remember where.

Well.....I am actually a chronic sufferer of this illness so here goes an attempt to get some stuff together on insta solutions at hand to home related issues.

A LOUD Call Out.......None of the stuff that i am going to attempt to put in here belongs to me....All of it will be picked up from magazines, newspapers, by talking to people like my Mom, Wife, Neighbour's wives, and other ladies in general.......

Gents, in case you don't know, the Great Indian House wife is a treasure trove on how to make do with the limited things at hand and Ladies.....for you, an attempt to consolidate all those ideas of yours and others such as yourselves at a convenient place, with easy access.......




One teaspoon of ajwain (Carom seeds) combined with 2 pinches of salt should be chewed and swallowed for quick relief from flatulence.
The juice of mint combined with honey is one of the age-old remedies for stomach pain.
Mix 2 teaspoons of adrak (ginger) juice with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and kali mirch (black pepper) and drink it with or without water. Will help in relieving stomach pain.
You can add a small amount of baking soda in the shampoo before using it. This will help remove dirt and grease from your hair and give your hair that shiny look.
The use of henna as a natural conditioner proves to be very beneficial for giving a natural black hair look. It helps bring back the bounce and flair of your hair. Goodbye dull hair.
Use Honey to keep your scalp moisturised. You can make honey lotion for your hair by mixing 3 teaspoons of honey in a glass of water. This will help you with dull hair
Boil used tea leaves in enough water, let it cool and then use this liquid as a last rinse. This is very useful tip for taking care of dull hair.
Rinsing your hair with lemon juice is said to bring life and shine back to dull hair
A drink made with a mixture of almonds, figs and warm milk helps to relieve fatigue instantly.
Two or three dates boiled in milk for 8 to 10 minutes helps to eliminate fatigue.
Wrapping a bag of frozen corn or peas in a towel and applying it to the sun burnt area also helps reduce inflammation and pain.

But be sure to wrap the corn or peas first. DO NOT place the frozen stuff directly on your skin.
Boil some Lettuce leaves in water for about 10 minutes. Strain the water and let it cool for a few hours in the refrigerator. Apply this water to the skin where the sun burns are with cotton balls. Sliced pieces of raw cucumber, potato or even apple can also be placed on the inflammed areas. All of these have a cooling effect on the inflammation.
Dip some gauze into milk and apply it to your Sun Burnt skin. Milk is an excellent remedy for any kind of burn. Keep this milk compress on for 20 minutes and repeat every 2-4 hours. Rinse off with cool water afterwards.
Boil ½ teaspoon saunf (fennel seeds) in a cup of water till it is reduced to half. Cool. Use as eye drops.

Caution- Please beware of contamination.
Take one teaspoon tomato juice, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, a pinch of haldi powder (turmeric) and a little besan (gram flour). Make a paste and apply. Leave for 10 minutes and wash off. Very effective for reducing dark circles.
