Greetings to all of you.....How many times does it happen to all of us that we desperately need help in order to solve issues at home, related to health, cleaning, recycling old stuff and what have you...and end up frustrated because we know that we saw something about it somewhere, but don't remember where.

Well.....I am actually a chronic sufferer of this illness so here goes an attempt to get some stuff together on insta solutions at hand to home related issues.

A LOUD Call Out.......None of the stuff that i am going to attempt to put in here belongs to me....All of it will be picked up from magazines, newspapers, by talking to people like my Mom, Wife, Neighbour's wives, and other ladies in general.......

Gents, in case you don't know, the Great Indian House wife is a treasure trove on how to make do with the limited things at hand and Ladies.....for you, an attempt to consolidate all those ideas of yours and others such as yourselves at a convenient place, with easy access.......

PLEASE DO LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS ON THE THINGS THAT YOU MAY OR MAY NOT AGREE WITH...WHAT WORKED FOR YOU AND WHAT DID NOT....WILL REALLY HELP ME IN MAKING THIS BLOG MORE EFFECTIVE AND USEFUL FOR ALL...

One teaspoon of ajwain (Carom seeds) combined with 2 pinches of salt should be chewed and swallowed for quick relief from flatulence.

The juice of mint combined with honey is one of the age-old remedies for stomach pain.

Mix 2 teaspoons of adrak (ginger) juice with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and kali mirch (black pepper) and drink it with or without water. Will help in relieving stomach pain.

You can add a small amount of baking soda in the shampoo before using it. This will help remove dirt and grease from your hair and give your hair that shiny look.

The use of henna as a natural conditioner proves to be very beneficial for giving a natural black hair look. It helps bring back the bounce and flair of your hair. Goodbye dull hair.
