Greetings to all of you.....How many times does it happen to all of us that we desperately need help in order to solve issues at home, related to health, cleaning, recycling old stuff and what have you...and end up frustrated because we know that we saw something about it somewhere, but don't remember where.

Well.....I am actually a chronic sufferer of this illness so here goes an attempt to get some stuff together on insta solutions at hand to home related issues.

A LOUD Call Out.......None of the stuff that i am going to attempt to put in here belongs to me....All of it will be picked up from magazines, newspapers, by talking to people like my Mom, Wife, Neighbour's wives, and other ladies in general.......

Gents, in case you don't know, the Great Indian House wife is a treasure trove on how to make do with the limited things at hand and Ladies.....for you, an attempt to consolidate all those ideas of yours and others such as yourselves at a convenient place, with easy access.......

Wrapping a bag of frozen corn or peas in a towel and applying it to the sun burnt area also helps reduce inflammation and pain.

But be sure to wrap the corn or peas first. DO NOT place the frozen stuff directly on your skin.
Boil some Lettuce leaves in water for about 10 minutes. Strain the water and let it cool for a few hours in the refrigerator. Apply this water to the skin where the sun burns are with cotton balls. Sliced pieces of raw cucumber, potato or even apple can also be placed on the inflammed areas. All of these have a cooling effect on the inflammation.
Dip some gauze into milk and apply it to your Sun Burnt skin. Milk is an excellent remedy for any kind of burn. Keep this milk compress on for 20 minutes and repeat every 2-4 hours. Rinse off with cool water afterwards.
Peel and grate a cucumber. Squeeze the juice out and to this, add half-a-teaspoon glycerin and half-a-teaspoon rose water. Mix vigorously till well blended. Apply this blend on sunburns, leave it for some time. You will feel the cooling difference..
