You need cloves, dry adrak (ginger) powder and 8-10 tulsi (basil) leaves.
Take 2-3 cloves. Quickly dry roast them for about 3-4 minutes in a pan. Powder the cloves and mix with the ginger powder (equal quantity). Take 1/2 teaspoon of water and grind the tulsi (bsail) leaves into a paste. Add the clove and ginger powder mix to this. Mix till well blended. Apply this paste to the forehead and leave for about 15 minutes. The warm properties of the cloves, ginger and tulsi will help reduce your headache.
